The internal upgrade on the existing building is now complete. Snagging and rectification of minor issues are currently being completed ready for Hilton to sign off. To be set for a January opening.

Tourism boom

According to Visit Britain, the value of tourism generated £106 billion a year. The South West was cited as harbouring the 3rd highest tourism spend across the UK, which suggests a demand for both corporate guests and tourists.
