The construction contract has been secured by KWG (Kevin Watson Group) who uphold a strong reputation for completing projects to the highest standard.
With the demolition now complete, the piling of foundations and tanking of the basement is now underway. The lobby designs are now complete and the construction of the hotel structure and procurement of room fit-outs will now begin.
