The shops and parking are both trading and providing a good income stream. A feasibility study is currently underway for a new scheme which we hope will be agreed upon in the first quarter of next year.

 

 

In addition, the car park will have increased in revenue when the Holiday Inn Express opens across the road at the beginning of next year.
