Login

Your login allows you to gain access to your ‘Investor Dashboard’, where you can control your funds, invest in projects and edit personal details.

Our login process has been made to conform to a high level of security standards. To gain access to your account, you will need to do the following:

 

• During registration, you must create a 4-digit passcode and a password. These are required every time you log in.
• When you log in, you will then be sent a verification code to the SMS number registered in your account. You will need to enter this number before you can access your account.

 

Passwords can be changed in the ‘My Account’ section within your Investor Dashboard. To change your 4-digit passcode, you will need to contact customer services.

 

Withdrawal

When you want to withdraw funds from your wallet and into a bank account of your choice, we’ve got you covered. Our withdrawals include a dual moderation process to keep your money secure and to give you peace of mind.

To withdraw funds, you must do the following:

• Before you can make a request to withdraw your funds, you will be sent a verification code to your SMS.
• Enter this code when you perform a Withdrawal Request. This request will then be sent to the Propiteer team for review.
• Once approved by our team, your request will then go to our wallet provider, GCEN.
• Once this dual moderation process is complete, your funds will be placed in your selected bank account.
